1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups beef broth

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas, green beans)

2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon dried basil

½ teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
