There are many ways to fill our stomach for breakfast. I have seen people eat sandwich in the breakfast with tea or coffee. Some people eat cereals with milk and also take tea or coffee with it. Some people go to Restaurant and take muffins, sandwiches, cookies and tea or coffee for their breakfast. Is this the good way to fill our stomach for breakfast? No, because our purpose is not only to fill our stomach, but the purpose to eat, is to eat something healthy, which can give some nutrition to our health.

As we all know that it is over than a year, since this corona is going on, most of the Restaurants are closed and people started to make their food at home, which is actually really good. My son moved to United states last April, 2020 and cook his food on his own. He is trying his best to make his food at home, because since my both sons born and now they are at the age of 29 and 32, I always made our food at home. Means no Pizzas or fast food. Only once a while they used to eat Chana Bhutra, and I know that it will be for many of you too.

Today, I’m sharing my favorite healthy breakfast ideas. Eating healthy food, is the most important thing for us to stay healthy. We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

When we eat heavy food early in the morning for breakfast; such as Rice, Dal, Poori, Potato Paratha etc. which is very hard to digest. It takes long time to digest.

1. Eat Fruit Salad in Breakfast

When you eat fruit salad in your breakfast, which is not only easy to prepare, but it can give you really life changing benefits, because raw food is the best food to eat in the breakfast, which can help to eliminate all toxins sitting in your body. Not only this, but also you can choose the fruits of your choice; such as-Pears, Oranges, Bananas, Winter melon, Cantaloupe, Blueberries, Grapes, Strawberries, Guavas, Pineapple, Try to avoid banana in the breakfast salad, because it is little heavy. So add fruits of your choice, wash them thoroughly and cut them and make big bowl of fruit salad and eat slowly and enjoy.

Needed Ingredients:

  • One Orange peeled and cut in small pieces
  • 6 strawberries, cut in small pieces
  • One Ripe Banana, chopped
  • One Avocado, peeled and chopped or sliced
  • One Persimmon
  • Half Pear

Dressing for Salad:

  1. 1/2 Squeezed Lemon Juice
  2. One Spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. Black Pepper one Pinch
  4. Black or Pink Salt

Preparation of Fruit Salad

Combine all the ingredients above in a large bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients together and spread over fruit, mix well. Salad is ready to Serve!

  • Need Sabut Moong
  • Need Rice
  • Any Vegetables to your own taste
  • Pink Salt
  • Steel Pressure Cooker
  • Water

PREPARATION OF KHICHDI:-

  • Soak all vegetables in water for two hours
  • Wash moong and Rice 1/2 an hour ago

METHOD TO MAKE:

  • Without peeling all Vegetables, if you have to then take out very thin skin, chop all in small
  • chop fresh Coriander Separately, because we are going to use it at the end
  • Now switch on your Stove on high flame and put pressure cooker on it
  • Wash Whole moong again and put in the pressure cooker and add enough water for vegetables as well
  • Put Pink Salt to taste and close the lid
  • Give 5 Whistles and wait to release the pressure automatically
  • Open the lid and stir to put all chopped vegetables and if needed, add more water
  • Now give 1-2 whistles and let the pressure release itself
  • Open the lid and add chopped Coriander and serve hot with plain Yogurt and Green Chutney.

  • Boil 6 Potatoes in pressure cooker for 6 whistles & let the steam release automatically
  • Peel Potatoes and mash them with hands
  • Add washed and chopped vegetables; such as-Mushroom, Coriander fresh leaves, Onion chives, Red & Green Bell Pepper, Spinach, Sprouts etc.
  • Roast Coriander, Jeera and Mustard seeds on Tawa and grind with hand grinder or mixer-Mix everything together nicely
  • Make dough from whole grain flour

PREPARATION:

  1. Make 2 peras( dough balls) and spread with hands or rolling pin
  2. Add mixture for stuffing and close edges nicely. Now spread paratha with hands, then with rolling pin
  3. Put on hot Iron Skillet and flip after every 2 minutes
  4. Apply cooking oil and press with spoon to fry Paratha
  5. Serve hot with Yogurt or Achar(Pickle)

Required Ingredients are:

  • Grated Paneer
  • Green Pepper
  • Chili
  • Fresh Coriander leaves
  • Spinach
  • Methi leaves
  • Chickpea leaves
  • Spices according to taste
  • Cooking oil to fry if you want to fry paratha
  • Ghee to use if you want

Preparation of Cheese Paratha

  • Make big ball of wheat dough and fill that panner stuff(pethi)
  • Use dry flour and start rolling with rolling pin
  • When your Tava is hot, then put your Paratha on it and keep on flipping every two minutes
  • Serve hot with Yogurt or Butter on it.

10. Cheese Veg Sandwich Recipe

When we go to work or our Kids go to School, the best idea is to give them lunch and take lunch with us. But people are so busy that they have no time to make lunch. Don’t worry here in this small Video, all instructions are given to learn this easy Recipe.

  1. Bread Slices- 6
  2. Cheese slice (3 for three Sandwiches)
  3. Potatoes-2 (baked and Chopped)
  4. Chopped Green Onions- 2-3 small ones
  5. . Chopped Capsicum- little bit
  6. Chopped Tomato- one
  7. Chopped Green Chilies- 1-2
  8. Chopped Green Coriander or Spinach
  9. Cucumber some Chopped
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Black pepper powder- 1\4 tbsp.
  12. Ghee\butter- to cook sandwich on Tawa, but no Ghee for hand Sandwich toaster.

11.  Roasted Chana Pinni

Roasted Chana Pinnis are totally helahy and light, because we’re not using any Ghee or oil in this Recipe. Also no sugar, but we used Jagger(plain jaggery not masala jaggery) Some dry fruits.

So these pinnis can be eaten in all ages.
