How to Make Body Wash at Home?
There are many ways to avoid body Soap and using something Natural made by you fresh at home. Making your own Body Pack is not only easy, but also it is Safe and almost free to make it at home.
Most women use Gram flour for skin care, but I prefer Makki Ka Atta, because coarse Corn flour helps more in Scrubbing your body. This is a moisturizing scrub, which can be applied each day, while taking your daily shower once a day for clear & fair skin.
Even I’m using this kind of pack from my College Days, when I used to go to College. But at that time I used to use only for my face. Yes, that time I used to use Gram flour+Water+ Mustard Oil to make this facial pack to get a ‘nice’ complexion and glow.
1️⃣–Take one big spoon of plain yogurt+one spoon Makki Ka Atta or Besan(Chickflour) Mix both Ingredient together and while taking shower, first wet your body, then scrub this paste on your whole Body include face for 2-3 minutes. Then take shower with lukewarm water and use towel at the end
2️⃣–Take one big spoon of Besan or Makki Ka Atta+1/2 Squeezed lemon juice at home + one spoon of plain yogurt and mix everything together and use it while taking your daily shower. First wet your body and then scrub this paste for 2-3 minutes and then take shower regularly.
3️⃣–Take one big spoon of Makki Ka Atta and 1 Spoon Squeezed Lemon Juice at home, a pinch of Turmeric Powder is optional. Mix both or three Ingredients and scrub this paste to your whole body after wetting your body. Give 2-3 minutes to scrub this paste and then take shower with lukewarm water.
