Ingredients Needed to make Carrot Juice

Serving is one person.

  • 5 Carrots washed and cut in big chunks
  • 1/2 glass of drinking water
  • Blender to blend everything

Process to Make carrot Juice

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Use 1/2 cup water to get things to blend
  • Strain The Pulp: Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or using a nut milk bag. You can also use a cheesecloth and squeeze it to strain out the juice. Discard that pulp or put in the compost bin.
  • No Salt or anything else: Don’t add salt, sugar, black pepper or anything else in the juice
  • Drink and Enjoy this fresh Juice right away
  • No Eating or Drinking: Don’t drink and eat anything else for at least 1-2 hours.

2-Carrot Ginger Juice
