Preparation of Alsi Pinnis

  1. Roast Flaxseeds and let them cool in room temperature
  2. Wash Raisins and let them dry in room temperature for 1/2 an hour
  3. Roast for 1-2 minutes Charmaz, Pumpkin Seeds and Poppy Seeds and let them cool in room Temperature
  4. Now Grind Roasted Chana and sieve
  5. Grind- Poppy Seed, Charmaz, Pumpkin Seed, but no need to sieve

  1. In a Kadai, put 2 spoons of Deshi Ghee and fry Raisins for a minutes
  2. In the same Kadai Make chasni by adding some whater and Gur(jaggery)
  3. When chasni is ready, add it into the mixture of Roasted Chana flour(that we made by grinding and sieving)Poppy Seeds roasted and grounded, Charmaz and Pumpkin seeds roasted and grounded

  3. Roast for 1-2 minutes Charmaz, Pumpkin Seeds and Poppy Seeds and let them cool in room Temperature
  4. Now Roast Bajra flour in deshi ghee on medium heat by stirring continuously
  5. Grind- Poppy Seed, Charmaz, Pumpkin Seed, but no need to sieve
