I eat fruit or fruit salad everyday and my all family members also eat fruits every day.

We’re Vegetarian, so Vegetables, Dals(Lentils) and also fruits are main part of our daily diet.

I bring lots of fruits in different varieties and also many types of Vegetables, because I make Juice at home from Raw Vegetables; such as Spinach Juice and Coriander Juice etc.

  • Strawberries– Strawberries are rich in nutrients and loaded with antioxidants like Vitamin C and it is also rich in vitamin K, folic acid and fibre. Very good for your health. 
  • Blueberries–  Blueberries are also a super nutrient packed fruit. It’s rich in potassium, folate, Vitamin B6 and antioxidants like vitamin C. Use a small handful. 
  • Papaya– Papayas not only tastes great, but they are also rich in antioxidant like vitamin C, folate, copper, potassium and magnesium and it is really good for your skin as well.
