Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 2–4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • Salt & black pepper

  • Sour cream

  • Bacon bits
  • Mushrooms or caramelized onions

Instructions

1. Preheat

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

2. Prepare potatoes

  • Wash and dry potatoes well.
  • Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  • Rub with oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. Air fry

  • Place potatoes in a single layer with space between them.
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

4. Check if ready

  • Insert a knife or fork — it should slide in easily.
