- 2–4 medium Russet potatoes

Instructions
1. Preheat
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
2. Prepare potatoes
- Wash and dry potatoes well.
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub with oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Air fry
- Place potatoes in a single layer with space between them.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. Check if ready
- Insert a knife or fork — it should slide in easily.
- Large potatoes may need 5–10 extra minutes.
