This Crustless Pizza Bowl gives you all the pizza flavor — melted cheese, sauce, and toppings — without dough. It’s quick, low-carb, and perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 1 cup pizza sauce or thick marinara
  • 1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup cooked Italian sausage (optional)
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • Olives, sliced (optional)
  • Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

  • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare bowls

  • Lightly grease oven-safe bowls or ramekins.

3. Add sauce

  • Spoon pizza sauce into the bottom of each bowl.

4. Add toppings
Layer:

  • Sausage
  • Pepperoni
  • Bell peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Olives

5. Add cheese

  • Cover generously with mozzarella cheese.

6. Season

  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.

7. Bake
