Ingredients (Serves 2–4)
- 1 cup pizza sauce or thick marinara
- 1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- ½ cup cooked Italian sausage (optional)
- Bell peppers, sliced
- Mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- Olives, sliced (optional)
- Italian seasoning
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare bowls
- Lightly grease oven-safe bowls or ramekins.
3. Add sauce
- Spoon pizza sauce into the bottom of each bowl.
4. Add toppings
Layer:
