  • 1 can salmon (about 14–15 oz / 400–425 g), drained
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓–½ cup almond flour (for low-carb/keto) or breadcrumbs

Optional seasonings (recommended):

  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Fresh parsley or dill
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

1. Mix

  • In a bowl, combine:
    • Drained salmon
    • Egg
    • Almond flour or breadcrumbs
  • Mix until it holds together.

2. Shape

  • Form into 4–6 patties.
