No-Bake Strawberry Icebox Cake

12–15 whole graham crackers

1 ½ pints heavy whipping cream

4–5 tablespoons sugar

1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract


Instructions:


In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Set aside.

Line an 8x8-inch pan with a layer of whole graham crackers, breaking them as needed to fit.

Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers.

Add a layer of sliced strawberries.

Repeat the layers twice more, finishing with a final layer of strawberries on top.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the graham crackers to soften.
